It’s Time for a Pantry Raid!

Pumpkin Shake

  1. Combine ¼ c pumpkin puree, ¼ c lowfat vanilla yogurt, 1 packet stevia, ¼ c lowfat milk, ½ tsp, and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender.
  2. Increase speed from low to high and blend until smooth.

Apple Pie Smoothie

  1. Combine ½ an apple (chopped), ¼ c chopped zucchini, ¼ c lowfat vanilla yogurt, 1 packet stevia, ¼ c lowfat milk, and a dash of cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Increase speed from low to high and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

  1. Combine ½ frozen banana, ¼ c lowfat vanilla yogurt, 1 tbs peanut butter, 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 packet stevia, and a big handful of raw spinach in a blender.
  2. Increase speed from low to high and blend until smooth.

Berry Refreshing Smoothie

  1. Combine ½ c frozen berries, 3-4 slices frozen beets, ¼ c lowfat vanilla yogurt, 1 packet stevia, and a splash of milk in a blender.
  2. Increase speed from low to high and blend until smooth.
