Greek yogurt provides tangy flavor and a nice creamy texture to this dip.

  • 1- 16 ounce container of fat-free plain greek yogurt
  • 1- Sour cream and onion seasoning packet

Mix in a bowl and serve with sliced vegetables, low-fat chips, or whole grain crackers.

Sarah’s Zesty Avocado Ranch Dip

The avocado adds a creamy texture while the ranch adds the perfect amount of zest!

  • 1 avocado pitted and peeled
  • 2-3 tablespoons of ranch dip mix
  • 1 cup of fat-free plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Try this dip with vegetables, chips, or use as a dressing on your favorite salad!

Karolina’s Delightful Dip

This delightful dip is full of rich Italian spices!

  • 1 (15-ounce) can canneli or white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh Italian parsley leaves
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Place in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is coarse. This dip pairs well with pita chips, whole grain crackers, or your favorite vegetables.

Anissa’s Edamame Avocado Dip

  • 12 ounce package frozen shelled edamame (sweet soybeans), thawed
  • 1 medium avocado halved, seeded, and cut up
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons purchased basil pesto
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a food processor combine ingredients until smooth. Serve with sliced vegetables, tortilla chips, pita chips, or crackers.
