Getting Kids to Pick Fruit Over Chocolate

Easter is right there behind Halloween as an excuse for children to binge on extreme amounts of candy. In an attempt to move away from the traditional Easter egg hunt with plastic eggs filled with jelly beans and chocolate, my daughter and her cousins now have a fruit hunt. It wasn’t my idea, and at first I was skeptical, but the inaugural fruit hunt was a huge success.
