The newest breakfast trend is to bulk up your morning smoothie and grab a spoon.

We’ve gathered our favorite SIAB (smoothie in a bowl) recipes.

  • Mocha Banana Smoothie Bowl – Yes it’s as good as it sounds. This mix of chocolate, almond, banana and endless toppings might just take place of dessert as well.
